Added support for series events and a proper confirmation page

Hi Race Directors,

Event Registration at move.brooklynmarathon.com is happy to announce that we've added support for series events and a proper confirmation page.

The confirmation letter now lists the events that were selected and states that event will start on a certain day.

You can also use the multiple choice options to include an optional donation on the registration page or an optional t-shirt or anything.

Recent changes:
